Paulette is an experienced registered dietitian and nutritionist providing nutritional assessments and advising clients how best to support brain health through nutrition. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Stout and had an internship at the VA Medical Center. She is certified in "Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice" and is well-trained in managing many chronic conditions through nutritional therapies. Paulette also provides individualized anti-inflammatory nutrition programs for her clients. Chronic inflammation is now considered to be central to the development of many chronic conditions, and may precipitate changes associated with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
